Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Car Detailing Specialists to join our growing team. As a Car Detailing Specialist at Happy Cars Detailing, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients by meticulously cleaning, restoring, and finishing vehicles to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Detailing:
- Perform comprehensive exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and deodorizing.
- Apply protective treatments such as ceramic coatings, waxes, and sealants.
Conduct specialized services like paint correction, headlight restoration, and engine bay cleaning.
Quality Control:
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to ensure all services have been completed to the highest quality standards
- oIdentify and address any areas needing additional attention.
Customer Service:
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to ensure all services have been completed to the highest quality standards

Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
- Ensure all tools and products are used safely and stored properly.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Previous experience in car detailing or automotive services is preferred but not required. We provide training for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
Skills:
- Attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and stand for extended periods.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

We are looking for a Supervisor of Business Development who will also serve as a Car Detailing Specialist for luxury vehicles. This unique role combines hands-on detailing expertise with strategic business development activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury cars, exceptional detailing skills, and the ability to foster relationships with vendors and businesses to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Luxury Vehicle Detailing:
- Perform advanced detailing services on high-end and luxury vehicles, ensuring meticulous care and adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Apply specialized treatments such as ceramic coatings, paint protection films, and interior conditioning suitable for luxury materials.
Supervision and Training:
- Oversee a team of detailing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain service excellence.
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting vendors, dealerships, and potential corporate clients.

Customer Relations:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, handling special requests, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Administrative Duties:
- Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and reporting as needed.
- Provide input on marketing strategies and service improvements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in car detailing, with a focus on luxury vehicles.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relations is a strong asset.
Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and expertise in advanced detailing techniques.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:
